Jellicent ex (168/86) is a Stage 1 Psychic-type Pokémon ex from the White Flare expansion of the Scarlet & Violet series, released on July 18, 2025. This Special Illustration Rare, illustrated by Narano, features 270 HP and the disruptive Oceanic Curse Ability. As long as Jellicent ex remains in the Active Spot, this ability locks down the opponent's hand, preventing them from playing any Item cards or Pokémon Tool cards.

For offense, its Power Press attack deals 80 more damage if Jellicent ex has at least two extra Energy attached in addition to the attack's base cost. The card's lore highlights its identity as the 'Floating Pokémon', quoting the Pokédex description of its perilous habitat: 'The fate of the ships and crew that wander into Jellicent’s habitat: all sunken, all lost, all vanished.'
